Retirement of Mr John Hudson as Managing Director

THG advises that Mr John Hudson, Managing Director of the Group, will retire from the Company on 31 January 2012.   Mr Hudson has been Group Managing Director for the last 10 years.

The Board places on record its thanks and appreciation for the contribution made to the Company by Mr Hudson.

I am also pleased to advise that the Board has determined that Mr Anthony Story be appointed Chief Operating Officer effective 1 February 2012.
