We attach the following documents:

2. Appendix 4E; and
3. Full audited financial statements and directors’ report for Thakral Holdings Limited and its controlled entities and Thakral Holdings Trust.

We note that lodgement of financial statements with the ASX is also deemed lodgement with the ASIC, pursuant to ASIC Practice Note 61. The enclosed documents include all the documents required by Section 319(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.

We confirm that there will be no distribution payable for the period ended 30 June 2010.

The printed THG annual report including the full THL and THT financial statements are scheduled to be posted on 27 September 2010 to the securityholders who have elected to receive them.

We advise that the 2010 Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at the Menzies Hotel, Carrington Street, Sydney on Thursday, 18 November 2010 at 2.00pm.
