Thakral advises that it has today entered into an exclusive dealing period for the sale of the Novotel on Collins and Australia on Collins property in Melbourne.

The sale is subject to due diligence, negotiation and exchange of formal sale contracts.

A further announcement will be made when negotiations are finalised.
