We enclose the following documents:

1.  ASX Appendix 4D Half Year Report including Press Release;

2. Thakral Holdings Limited and its Controlled Entities Half Year Consolidated Financial Report for the six months ending 31 December 2010; and

3. Half Year Financial Report by our wholly owned subsidiary Sovereign Funds Management Limited, as Responsible Entity of the Thakral Holdings Trust ("THT") for the six months ending 31 December 2010. 

We advise that there will be no distribution payable for the period ended 31 December 2010.

These Reports are available to all security holders on the Thakral Group website, www.thakral.com.au, in the Investor Centre, Financial Reports section.

We note that lodgement with the ASX is also deemed lodgement with the ASIC pursuant to ASIC Practice Note 61 under the Corporations Act 2001.
