Estimated Final Distribution from Thakral Holdings Trust

We advise details of the estimated final distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust for the year ending 30 June 2011 are as follows:

(a)     The estimated final distribution is 10 cents per stapled security making total distributions from THT for the year of 10 cents;

(b)     Record Date for determining entitlements: midnight on Thursday, 30 June 2011;

(c)     THG securities will trade on “ex-distribution” basis from Friday, 24 June 2011; and

(d)     Payment Date will be Wednesday, 31 August 2011.

The announcement of the full year end financial results including confirmation of the THT distribution is expected to be made on Friday 26 August 2011.

In determining the payment of a distribution, the board has had regard to the cash inflow from the sale of Novotel on Collins/Australia on Collins property and the fact that shareholders have not received a distribution since March 2009.
