1.  ASX Appendix 3B New Issue Announcement/Application for Listing; 

2.  ASX Appendix 3Y Change of Directors Interest Notice concerning John Hudson.   

We advise that the issue of new THG securities is the result of the vesting on 31 December 2010 of Performance Rights previously issued to Mr Hudson and other senior executives under the Thakral Holdings Group Long Term Incentive Scheme (LTI) based on satisfying the Total Shareholder Return (TSR) vesting criteria.

Additional LTI Performance Rights did not satisfy the Earnings Per Share (EPS) vesting criteria and accordingly have lapsed.

Can you please advise the Listing Fees payable in due course.
