Mr Peter McGovern is not seeking re-election at the Annual General Meeting of Thakral Holdings Limited to be held on November 19, 2009.

Mr McGovern, having reached the age of 66, wishes to reduce his workload recognising his several private family and other business interests in Australia and New Zealand.
