Notice of Robina Glades Sale to Sunland Group

Thakral Holdings Group wishes to advise that it has sold the balance of the undeveloped land at the Glades golf course community in Robina on the Gold Coast for $23.4 million to Sunland Group Limited (ASX: SDG).

As stated in the press release that accompanied THG’s annual results announcement on 28 August 2009, Thakral is seeking to strategically sell development inventory to concentrate on other assets within our portfolio.

At 30 June 2009, Thakral commissioned independent valuations of its development inventory and this sale was achieved in line with valuation.
