Confirmation of Retirement of Non-Executive Director Peter John McGovern

In accordance with ASX Listing Rules 3.16 and 14.4, we confirm that Mr Peter John McGovern has retired as a Director of Thakral Holdings Limited at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held today.

As a result, Mr McGovern has also resigned as a Director of Sovereign Funds Management Limited, all THG subsidiaries and as a member of the Thakral Holdings Trust Compliance Committee, effective from the conclusion of today’s meeting.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.19A.3, we attach the Appendix 3Z Final Director’s Interest Notice, in respect of Mr McGovern.
