We confirm details of the final distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust for the year ending 30 June 2008 announced on 20 June 2008:

a) the distribution is 4.25 cents per stapled security;
b) Record Date: midnight on 30 June 2008;
c) Payment Date: 29 August 2008.

We now advise that the tax status for the distribution is as follows:

d) 16.93% tax deferred and 83.07% taxable.

We advise that the 2008 Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at the Menzies Hotel, Carrington Street, Sydney at 11.30am on Thursday 30 October 2008.
