In response to your letter dated 30 September 2008 we advise the following referring to the numbers in your letter:

There has been no material change to the position of THG since the release to the market on 21 August 2008 of the Appendix 4E Preliminary Financial Report of the results for the year ended 30 June 2008 and release of the full audited THG financial statements on 1 September 2008.

Having regard to the current volatile market conditions and uncertain general economic environment it is extremely difficult to predict the position of the Company at the end of the current financial year ending June 2009.
