We enclose the following documents:

1.  Press Release;

2.  ASX Appendix 4D Half Year Report and Statement of Financial Performance and Statement of Financial Position for Thakral Holdings Limited and its Controlled Entities for the six months ending 31 December 2008; and

3.  Statement of Financial Performance and Statement of Financial Position by our wholly owned subsidiary Sovereign Funds Management Limited, as Responsible Entity of the Thakral Holdings Trust ("THT") for the six months ending 31 December 2008. The THT Financial Statements have been provided to the voting unit holders of THT as required by the Trust Deed.

These Financial Statements and Reports are available to all security holders on the Thakral Group website, www.thakral.com.au, in the Investor Centre, Financial Information section.

We note that lodgement with the ASX is also deemed lodgement with the ASIC pursuant to ASIC Practice Note 61 under the Corporations Act 2001.

We advise details of the interim distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust (THT) for the half year ending 31 December 2008 are as follows:

a) The interim distribution is 1 cent per stapled security;

b) Record Date for determining entitlements: midnight on 3 March 2009;

c) THG securities will trade on an “ex-distribution” basis from 25 February 2009;

d) Payment Date will be 16 March 2009.
