1. THG Annual Report, including audited full financial statements of Thakral Holdings Limited and its   controlled entities for the year ending 30 June 2008;

2. Thakral Holdings Trust (THT) audited full financial statements and report by Sovereign Funds Management Limited as Responsible Entity for the year ending 30 June 2008;

3. Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum for the Thakral Holdings Limited Annual General Meeting to be held at 11.30am on Thursday 30 October 2008; and

4. AGM Proxy Form.

We note that the Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form and where requested, the THG Annual Report and THT financial statements, were posted to security holders today.

The THG Annual Report and THT financial statements are also available on the THG website in the Investor Centre/Annual Report section.
