Full Year Results for the Year Ending 30 June 2007

We attach the following documents: 

    1. Press Release; and 
    2. Appendix 4E Preliminary Final Report.

We confirm details of the final distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust for the year ending 30 June 2007 announced on 21 June 2007: 

    a) the distribution is 4.25 cents per stapled security; 

    b) Record Date: midnight on 2 July 2007; 

    c) Payment Date: 31 August 2007.

We now advise that the tax status for the distribution is as follows: 

    d) 40.05% tax deferred, 59.44% taxable and 0.51% CGT concessionally taxed.

We advise that the 2007 Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at the Menzies Hotel, Carrington Street, Sydney at 11.00am on Thursday 29 November 2007.
