Estimated Interim Distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust

We advise details of the estimated interim distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust (THT) for the half year ending 31 December 2007 are as follows:

a) The estimated interim distribution is 2.75 cents per stapled security.

b) Record Date for determining entitlements: midnight on 31 December 2007;

c) THG securities will trade on an “ex-distribution” basis from 21 December 2007;

d) Payment Date will be 29 February 2008.

The Appendix 4D Half Year Report for the period ending 31 December 2007 is expected to be released on or about 22 February 2008.
