Changes to Members of Compliance Committee of Thakral Holdings Trust

Further to the announcement on 11 July 2007, of the resignation of Phillip Hartley Green as a director of all Thakral Holding Group companies, as required by ASX Listing Rule 3.16.2(b) we further advise the following changes to the members of the Compliance Committee appointed under the Thakral Holdings Trust Compliance Plan:

1. Mr Phillip Hartley Green resigned effective on 10 July 2007.

2. Mr Rikhipal Singh Thakral was appointed effective on 3 May 2007 as a result of his appointment to the THG Audit and Risk Management Committee on the same date.
