We confirm details of the final distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust for the year ending 30 June 2006 announced on 20 June 2006 are as follows:

a) The distribution is 3.75 cents per stapled security;

b) Record Date: 30 June 2006

c) Payment Date: 31 August 2006.

We now advise that the tax status for the distribution is as follows:

d) 48.5 % tax deferred, 49.8 % taxable and 1.7 % CGT concessionally taxed.
