Estimated Interim Distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust

We advise details of the estimated interim distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust (THT) for the half year ending 31 December 2006 are as follows:

a) The estimated interim distribution is 2.75 cents per stapled security.

b) Record Date for determining entitlements: midnight on 2 January 2007;

c) THG securities will trade on an “ex-distribution” basis from 22 December 2006;

d) Payment Date will be 28 February 2007.

The Appendix 4D Half Year Report for the period ending 31 December 2006 is expected to be released on Friday 23 February 2007.
