In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16, we advise that on 3 May 2007 the directors of Thakral Holdings Limited (ACN 054 346 315) and Sovereign Funds Management Limited (ACN 053 919 065), Responsible Entity for Thakral Holdings Trust, resolved to appoint Anthony Francis Story as an additional Secretary of these companies.
