We confirm details of the final distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust for the year ending 30 June 2005 announced on 21 June 2005 are as follows:

    a) The distribution is 3.75 cents per stapled security;

    b) Record Date: 30 June 2005

    c) Payment Date: 23 September 2005.

We now advise that the tax status for the distribution is as follows:

    d) 35.1% tax deferred, 63.6% taxable and 1.3% CGT concessionally taxed.
