Announcement of Estimated Interim Distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust

We advise details of the estimated interim distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust (THT) for the half year ending 31 December 2005 are as follows:

    a) The estimated interim distribution is 2.75 cents per stapled security.

    b) Record Date for determining entitlements: midnight on 3 January 2006;

    c) THG securities will trade on an “ex-distribution” basis from 23 December 2005;

    d) Payment Date will be 22 March 2006.

The announcement of the half year end financial results including confirmation of the THT interim distribution is expected to be made on Friday 24 February 2006.
