Variation to Distribution Announcement Timetable

The Thakral Holdings Group comprises one non-voting unit in the Thakral Holdings Trust (THT) stapled to one ordinary share in Thakral Holdings Limited (THL).

The directors of Sovereign Funds Management Limited, as Responsible Entity for Thakral Holdings Trust, and the directors of Thakral Holdings Limited advise that it has been resolved to vary the Thakral Holdings Trust distribution timetable and the timetable for any dividends from Thakral Holdings Limited for future distribution periods so that directors determine and announce to the ASX an estimated distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust and any applicable dividend from Thakral Holdings Limited, no later than 7 trading days prior to 31 December and 30 June, and set the Record Date for determining entitlement to those distributions as 31 December and 30 June.

These arrangements are consistent with market practice and the ASX Listing Rules.

The payment date for distributions from the Thakral Holdings Trust and any dividends from Thakral Holdings Limited will continue to be in March and September, consistent with previous distributions.
