Announcement to ASX re Results for Year Ending 30 June 2004

We advise details of the final distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust for the year ending 30 June 2004 are as follows:

     a) The distribution is 3.5 cents per stapled security;

     b) Tax status: 20.5% tax deferred, 75.4% taxable and 4.1% CGT concessionally taxed;

     c) Record Date for determining entitlements: 14 September 2004;

     d) Payment Date: 24 September 2004.
