We advise details of the distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust as follows:

    (a) The final distribution for the year ending 30 June 2002 is 3.25 cents per stapled security. This is equal to the distribution paid for the equivalent period in the prior year.

    (b) Tax Status: 33% tax deferred, 45% taxable and 22% CGT concessionally taxed.

    (c) Record Date for determining entitlements: 6 September 2002.

    (d) Payment Date: 16 September 2002.
