Announcement to ASX re Annual Report Distribution and Lodgement of Financials

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.17, we enclose copies of the following documents that are being posted to security holders today:

   1. Thakral Holdings Group – Annual Report 2002; and
   2. Thakral Holdings Trust – Concise Financial Report 2002.

We also enclose a copy of the following financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2002:

     1. Thakral Holdings Limited and its controlled entities audited concise financial statements and directors’ report;

     2. Thakral Holdings Trust audited concise financial statements and report by Sovereign Funds Management Limited as responsible entity;

     3. Thakral Holdings Limited and its controlled entities full audited financial statements and directors’ report; and

     4. Thakral Holdings Trust full audited financial statement and report by Sovereign Funds Management Limited as responsible entity.

We note that lodgement of financial statements with the ASX is also deemed lodgement with the ASIC, pursuant to Practice Note 61 of the Corporations Act 2001. The attached documents include all the documents required by Section 319(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.
