Announcement to ASX re Year End Results

We attach the following documents containing the results for the year ending 30 June 2001:

  1. Press Release.
  2. Appendix 4B Preliminary Final Report.

We advise details of the distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust as follows:

   (a) The final distribution for the year ending 30 June 2001 is 3.25 cents per stapled security. This is a 7% decrease on the distribution paid for the equivalent period in the prior year.

   (b) Tax Status: 23.1% tax free, 72.2% tax deferred, 3.4% taxable and 1.3% CGT concessionally taxed..

   (c) Record Date for determining entitlements: 19 September 2001

   (d) Payment Date: 28 September 2001

   (e) No discount will apply under the Distribution/Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRP). The closing date for lodgement of DRP Election/Variation Notices is 19 September 2001.
