Announcement to ASX re Upward Profit Revision

The Board of Thakral Holdings Group has previously advised the market that it expected profit for the year ended 30 June 2002 would be lower than the previous year.

The Board is pleased to advise that in the light of improved trading, costs savings and sale of non core-assets it now expects continuing improvement and that the profit for the year ending 30 June 2002 will be approximately in line with the profit for the year ended 30 June 2001.
