We advise details of the distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust for the six month period ending 31 December 2001 are as follows:

   (a) The distribution is 2.5 cents per stapled security.

   (b) Tax Status: 61% tax deferred 39% taxable

   (c) Record Date for determining entitlements: 13 March 2002.

   (d) Payment Date: 27 March 2002.

   (e) No discount will apply under the Distribution/Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRP). The closing date for lodgement of DRP Election/Variation Notices is 13 March 2002.
