As required by ASX Listing Rule 4.5 and Section 319(1) of the Corporations Law we enclose the following documents:

We note that lodgement with the ASX is also deemed lodgement with the ASIC pursuant to Practice Note 61 of the Corporations Law. The attached documents include all the documents required by section 319(1) of the Corporations Law.

The Thakral Holdings Limited and Thakral Holdings Trust Concise Financial Reports for year ending 30 June 2000 are contained in the Annual Report that is scheduled to be posted to all shareholders by 9 October 2000 together with the Notice of Meeting for the AGM to be held on 9 November 2000.
