We advise details of the distribution from the Thakral Holdings Trust for the six month period ending 31 December 2000 are as follows:

  (a) The distribution is 3 cents per stapled security. This is a 0.25 cent or 9 percent increase on the distribution paid for the equivalent period in the prior year.

  (b) Tax Status:

                23% tax free
                67% tax deferred 
                10% taxable

  (c) Record Date for determining entitlements: 13 March 2001.

  (d) Payment Date: 23 March 2001.

  (e) No discount will apply under the Distribution/Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRP). The closing date for lodgement of DRP Election/Variation Notices is 13 March 2001.
