Announcement to ASX re Retirement of Managing Director

Thakral Holdings Limited advises that Mr John Schaap has notified the Board that for personal family reasons he wishes to relocate his family interstate.

As a consequence of his decision, Mr. Schaap will retire as Managing Director of Thakral Holdings effective 30 June 2000. Mr Schaap will continue as a non-executive director of Thakral Holdings Limited.
