Our History

Thakral Holdings Group, an Australian Real Estate Investment Trust (AREIT), was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 1994 following the acquisition of a portfolio of hotels from Westpac and the acquisition of Kern Property Fund and its principal asset the Wynyard Centre in Sydney, encompassing the Menzies Hotel, Wynyard Retail Arcades and Thakral House commercial building.
