Thakral listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 1994. At 31 December 2010 the Group has total assets of approximately $1.25 billion and net shareholder funds in excess of $578 million.

Thakral's core business is the long-term ownership of hotels. We are the only listed vehicle whose prime focus is hotels, with around 70% of our earnings coming from this sector.
